We resolve your doubts…

Each house has its own independent access. Each has its own parking space and private garden. Each garden features a barbecue, a rice-making kit (gas cylinder, burner, and paella pan for approximately 16 people), garden furniture, including two picnic tables, and a large trampoline.

Although they have separate entrances, the houses are very close together. They are part of the same building. Between them is another house (with its own entrance) where Joan and Alba live. About half a kilometer away is a complex of about five houses (La Natura). However, the Can Presas complex is in the middle of Montnegre, 10 km from the nearest town (Sant Celoni).

To reach Can Presas, it's best to head towards Sant Celoni. Once there, you reach the fire station, cross the AP7 motorway over the bridge, and after approximately 1 km of paved road, continue up the dirt road towards Sant Martí de Montnegre (signs for Restaurant Montnegre, Can Presas, Sant Martí). From the fire station, it takes approximately 20 minutes (10 km).

We don't recommend climbing from the coast (Calella, Arenys, etc.). There's poor signage, the main road isn't always easily identifiable, and the road's condition can make access difficult for cars.

After the initial 1 km stretch of paved road, the road is dirt…and although it is somewhat subjective, it is a wide road (width 4-5, which allows oncoming vehicles to pass at all times) and, except for some slightly bumpy sections, in good condition.

The nearest supermarkets or shops are in Sant Celoni, about 20 minutes from Can Presas. There's a Lidl right across from the fire station. On the road leading to the motorway entrance toward Barcelona, there's also an Aldi, a Bonpreu, and just before the motorway entrance, a Mercadona.

Just 1 km away is the Montnegre Restaurant, just before reaching Sant Martí de Montnegre. They serve breakfast and traditional dishes on Saturday and Sunday mornings and lunchtimes (closed at night).

There are several restaurants in Sant Celoni. You can also order dishes from Rostisseria e Faig and pick them up (see the Extras section).

Although each house has its own independent access and private garden, both the pool and the games room with pool and ping-pong tables are shared between the two houses. While we have no problem with the two groups agreeing to share the pool and/or games room simultaneously...or agreeing on specific usage times, to facilitate understanding, we provide, by default, a pool usage schedule or shift for each house. If there is an agreement between the two, this can be varied, always respecting the start and end times. If there is no agreement, the shifts established by Can Presas must be respected. When one group has access to the pool, the other group will have access to the games room...and vice versa.

The agreements for the use of shared spaces must be respected, and failing that, the shifts proposed by Can Presas.

Celebrations are allowed, music is played, etc. However, after a reasonable hour (3:00 AM), the rest of the neighbors must be scrupulously respected, avoiding noises or sounds that may disturb them (including music).

There is a Bluetooth speaker in the homes. Beyond that, the use of professional sound equipment (speakers, mixing consoles, etc.) is not permitted (at any time).

IMPORTANT: Any type of firecrackers, rockets or bonfires on the ground are strictly prohibited since the farmhouse is in the middle of a natural park with a very high risk of fire.

IMPORTANT: To ensure the rest of the guests and neighbors, as well as the safety of everyone, if these rules are not respected at any time or the facilities are misused, the rental contract for these dates will be cancelled, and you will still be required to pay for the stay.

You can leave at any time. We're quite flexible regarding entry as long as you allow us to make the necessary arrangements. Ask for more details.
